Roasted Vegetables
🥦Ingredients: Chicken breast, broccoli, potato, cherry tomatoes
🧄Instructions:
Marinate the chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each of cooking wine, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and oil, and an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper for 15 minutes.
Blanch the broccoli and potato in boiling water for 1 minute, then take them out.
Combine the broccoli, potato and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, an appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper, then mix well.
Brush oil on the potato, chicken breast and garlic cloves. Put them in an air fryer, cook at 180°C for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes, cook for another 10 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
